Membership and Meeting Registration
Registration can be done online (new feature), by email, or by regular mail. The deadline for registration is April 1 2009.
Registration Information
Membership Dues: $100 (please remit on-line or by mail if you have not already paid)
Member Registration: $150
Non-member Registration: $300
Resident/Fellow/RN/Technologist Registration: $100
Gala Dinner Saturday Evening: $50 per person
